2. Scope & Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA") under the following legal bases:

  • Consent (Section 19): When you explicitly submit an enquiry through our contact form and consent to communication, or choose to accept optional cookies.
  • Contractual Necessity & Pre-contractual Steps (Section 24(3)): To prepare proposals, assess project requirements, and initiate business engagements requested by you.
  • Legitimate Interests (Section 24(5)): To safeguard network security, prevent fraudulent submissions, and monitor enterprise infrastructure availability.
  • Legal Obligation (Section 24(6)): Where required to comply with statutory accounting, tax, or regulatory directives under Thai law.

3. Personal Data Collected

Depending on your interactions with our website, we may collect:

  • Contact & Enquiry Data: Full name, corporate email address, company name, service interest, and any project details provided in your message.
  • Technical & Edge Telemetry: Anonymized IP addresses, browser user-agents, request timestamps, and security event logs collected at the Cloudflare network perimeter to prevent DDoS attacks and spam.
  • Cookie Preferences: Your selected consent preferences stored locally in your browser.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data is used exclusively to:

  • Review and respond to your business, technology, distribution, or hospitality enquiries.
  • Deliver agreed technical architectures, corporate liaison services, and software deployments.
  • Ensure website resilience, prevent rate-limit abuse, and protect against cyber threats.

5. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact Enquiries: Retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of our last formal communication, or immediately deleted upon your verified erasure request.
  • Security & Access Logs: Retained at the Cloudflare edge for up to 30 days, after which logs are permanently purged.
  • Administrative Sessions: Essential administrator authentication cookies expire after 8 hours.

6. Third-Party Processors & Cross-Border Transfers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We utilize trusted infrastructure service providers acting strictly as Data Processors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: Provides global edge caching, DNS, and serverless database storage (Cloudflare D1).

Where personal data is transferred across borders to Cloudflare infrastructure, such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards and standard contractual data protection clauses pursuant to Sections 28 and 29 of the Thailand PDPA.

7. Your Statutory Rights Under Thailand PDPA

Under Sections 30 through 36 of the PDPA, you are entitled to the following statutory rights as a data subject:

  • Right to Withdraw Consent (Section 19): Withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
  • Right to Access (Section 30): Request access to and obtain a copy of your personal data held by us.
  • Right to Data Portability (Section 31): Request your data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object (Section 32): Object to the processing of your personal data under legitimate interest grounds.
  • Right to Erasure (Section 33): Request the permanent deletion or anonymization of your personal data.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing (Section 34): Request that we suspend the use of your data under statutory conditions.
  • Right to Rectification (Section 35): Ensure your personal data is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint (Section 73): Submit a complaint to the Thailand Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe your statutory rights have been violated.
